My discount code/voucher isn't working!Updated 2 months ago

We understand that technology doesn't always work the way we want it to, and sometimes you may receive error codes, or your discount isn't applying properly. We reccomend taking the following troubleshooting steps: 

  • Ensure the discount code/voucher is spelt correctly and in the correct format. 
  • Ensure the discount code/voucher is applied in ALL CAPS and doesn't include any spaces. 
  • Ensure the discount code/voucher is still valid and within the promotional period. 

If you are still experiencing issues, then take the following steps: 

  • Empty your shopping cart and then re-add the items (as some items may have gone 'out of stock' from the time you added them to the cart to the time of check out). Unfortunately we're unable to control if this occurs, as stock moves fast during sale periods. Once the items have been re-added you should be able to add your discount code/voucher. 
  • Close and restart your browser, and ensure your browser is updated to the latest version. 

If none of the above options work, please contact our sales team here and we can put together a manual quote with the discount code applied!
