Ahh! We totally know how annoying this is!
We're really sorry, but our system cannot retrospectively apply any coupon or discount code to an order that has already been placed.
If you're one of the lucky ones that has received a code or offer, be sure to remember to apply it to your order at check-out online or in-store or save it for next time, as long as it's not expired.
Please don't give our customer service staff a hard time about it, they're just doing their jobs!
