Can I request a specific delivery date?Updated 2 months ago

Kindly note that although our delivery partners will do their utmost to accommodate specific delivery date requests as best as possible; unfortunately we cannot guarantee all requests due to volume and scheduling limitations. You will always be notified prior to the confirmed delivery date and if your delivery date request can be accommodated for they will do so, otherwise they may deliver a few days after (but not before).

Please let us know of any special requests so we can communicate the details to the nominated delivery company. You can always reach out to our sales team here if you have further questions, or would like to add a delivery date request to your order.
