Dispatch vs. Delivery Time FramesUpdated 2 months ago

There's sometimes a bit of confusion regarding 'dispatch' vs 'delivery' time frames, so hopefully this article helps explain it in a little more detail! 

  • After you have placed your order, you will be provided with an email containing your dispatch and delivery information and time frames.
  • The dispatch time frame is the time it takes for our warehouse to pick and pack your order, and prepare the order to leave the warehouse with the assigned delivery team. This may vary depending on which warehouse your order is being dispatched from, and which delivery company is assigned to your order. Orders are only dispatched Monday to Friday (business days) as our warehouse is closed over the weekend. 
  • Once dispatched, orders then have an estimated delivery time frame which varies based on your location. You can find all delivery time frames for our standard flat rate locations here. Delivery time frames are based on business days and are estimates only, which may be subject to change. 
  • We will provide you with further information regarding which delivery service has been assigned to your order, and whether or not tracking information is available/how your delivery will be scheduled.
