Changes such as adding or removing products, changing delivery address (within the same region), and updating contact details on your order can be made prior to your order being dispatched from our warehouse, in most cases. If you would like to make any changes to your order, please contact our furniture store and our customer service team can assist you with these changes.
We will try our absolute best to accommodate change requests after dispatch has occurred but kindly note that this is not always possible and, in some cases, may attract additional costs/charges.
