How do I add delivery instructions to my order?Updated 6 months ago
Deliveries can be stressful, however we're here to help and make this an easy process so you can enjoy your furniture delivery stress free!
At checkout, under the 'Shipping Methods' section, we have a box where you can provide all of your delivery instructions:
You can provide as much information as required to make your delivery process run smoothly, including delivery notes, access issues, authority to leave, and delayed delivery or delivery date requests.
Please note, we can hold orders in our warehouse for up to 3 months (free of charge). However, when it comes to specific delivery date requests, kindly note that although our delivery partners will do their utmost to accommodate specific delivery date requests as best as possible; unfortunately we cannot guarantee all requests due to volume and scheduling limitations. You will be notified prior to your confirmed delivery date. If your delivery date request can be accommodated for they will do so, otherwise they may deliver a few days after (but not before).
