To our warehouse you can flock, if your items are in-stock!

If you’ve selected Click & Collect for your order, and all of the items are in-stock, then you may pick up your order from our warehouse(s) in 1 business day. Once your online order is processed in our system, our team will send you an email with the collection details, including the warehouse address and pick-up times.

Can’t wait to get your hands on your beautiful new pieces? If you place an order and would like to collect the same day, this can also be organised for you! Please call our lovely customer service team on 1300 78 94 95 if you have placed an online order and would like to collect the same day so they can pass your order onto our Warehouse team to be prepared.

*Prior to collection, please also triple check all box dimensions and ensure the items will fit into your vehicle. If you're unsure of the box dimensions, please enquire with our team and we'll provide you with this information upon request. If you're unable to fit the items in your nominated vehicle, we can hold orders for up to 3 months if you wish to organise collection at another time, or we can look into shipping costs to your delivery location.
