What happens if I miss my delivery?Updated 2 months ago

Our delivery partners will try their best to make the delivery process as smooth as possible, however we understand that sometimes things happen!

If a futile delivery occurs, your order will be returned to the nearest B2C Warehouse (or courier depot) and a futile delivery fee may be applicable to have your order redelivered. You will be notified by B2C Furniture via email if your order was unsuccefully delivered. 

To avoid a futile delivery, most of our delivery partners will either provide tracking information, or will send out delivery details once your delivery has been scheduled, which you will receive 1-2 days prior to delivery. 

If you receive your delivery date, and are unable to accept delivery or provide an authority to leave, please contact B2C asap to reschedule delivery and avoid a futile delivery attempt.
