If the lights are on but no-one’s home, then we’re afraid your furniture won’t be either!
You, or an authorised person, will need to be present at the time of delivery to allow us to verify your order and have you sign for the products on delivery. We are unable to leave the goods unattended, unless provided with an 'Authority to Leave' in a safe space, as we'd hate for the packages to be damaged or misplaced before you get home to them! You can provide an ATL upon checkout in the "Delivery Instructions" or contact us via email/call after you have placed your order.
Items shipped by courier will require a signature on delivery. If you’re not home when the delivery is attempted, the goods will be taken to a depot where you can arrange collection or a re-delivery (re-delivery fees may apply, depending on the courier).
